ix. Mobile number;

x. Email address;

xi. Address (including postal code);

xii. Other information as may be requested during your journey on the Site.

3. NON- PERSONAL INFORMATION / DATA

During the use of the Site, we may automatically receive technical information about your computer/device, including your IP address, your computer operating system, time-zone, browser type and browser plug-in details, due to the communication protocol settings on the internet. When you browse our Site, we may also collect information regarding the pages you viewed, the web addresses from which you arrive or click through to, time spent on certain pages, download errors and page response times. All these information help us analyse users trends and preferences, and thus assist us in improving our services.  

“Non-Personal Information” means and includes any information that does not reveal the identity of any specific individual, such as, browser information, information collected through Cookies, pixel tags, transaction data, trade history, and other technologies, demographic information etc. Information collected through Cookies may be used by us only to help us analyse the category of customers visiting the Site.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION / DATA PROVIDED BY YOU OR COLLECTED BY US. ANY SUCH NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION / DATA MAY BE COLLECTED, USED, SHARED AND PROCESSED BY US AS PER OUR SOLE DISCRETION IN THE MANNER WE DEEM FIT WITHOUT ANY FURTHER NOTICE OR PERMISSION.USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Any Personal Information submitted by you through the Site or collected by us will be used only for the purposes mentioned below:

5. SECURITY MEASURES

i) We take appropriate security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access and its unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. To prevent unauthorised access, we have put in place the latest industry-standard security technology and procedures to safeguard the Personal Information we collect online including technical, operational and physical security controls. Some of these measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store users’ personal data. Your Personal Information is encrypted and is protected with the most secure encryption software, which encrypts all information you input.

ii) We also ensure that all third party service providers to whom Personal Information is provided, take similar precautions with the information. Even though we have taken significant steps to protect your Personal Information, we, including the Site cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with the Personal Information. We further disclaim any responsibility for any intercepted information sent via the internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.

iii) You may request us to delete your personal data by writing to our Grievance Officer and we will comply with such requests as per applicable laws. Provided however, we will continue to retain such personal data or information as required to comply with any applicable laws, our legal obligations, resolve disputes, for record keeping and/or to enforce our legal rights.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

i) We may, in our sole discretion, modify or amend or update this Policy, from time to time, via email or by posting notice on our Site. We encourage and advise you to periodically review the Policy for the latest information on our privacy practices. By continuing to access, you agree to any such modifications, amendments or updates. We may further upload, publish, post or circulate this Policy on any online, public or electronic channel including publishing the same on our website, as we may deem fit.

ii) Notwithstanding the above, we shall not be required to notify you of any changes made to the Privacy Policy. Should you have any concern or reject the changes in the Privacy Policy, you can refuse to accept the amendments and opt for withdrawing your Personal Information by writing to the Grievance Officer.

The Site uses temporary cookies to store certain data (that is not Personal Information) that is used by us for maintenance of the Site and its features as well as research and development, and for administration of services. This Privacy Policy shall be inapplicable to any unsolicited information or Non-Personal Information you provide us through the Site. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We confirm that this Privacy Policy is only a description of its operation regarding user information. Our liability shall be limited to the removal of sensitive personal data from the system of the Site and the removal of personally identifiable elements of the other Personal Information. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Privacy Policy and elsewhere, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, our aggregate liability for all claims for damages, including claims in respect to the violation of this Privacy Policy, shall be limited to the aggregate maximum amount of INR. 1000/-. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any amendments thereof.
